Vayzape designs and builds solid-wood furniture and supports every delivery. If something isn’t right, this page explains—in simple steps—how Vayzape fixes the issue. This policy covers orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal. Apparel is a smaller line for Vayzape; clothing-specific rules appear where needed.

Policy overview

  • 30-day window: Start your return within 30 days of delivery.

  • If Vayzape is at fault: damage in transit, manufacturing defect, or wrong item sentVayzape provides a prepaid label or pickup and pays return freight.

  • Change of mind: size/fit, color, style, or preference → customer pays return shipping.

  • Refund timing: after the return arrives and passes inspection, Vayzape issues the refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.

  • International returns (countries above): when Vayzape’s label + instructions are used, no re-import fees.

  • Apparel note: size-based apparel returns are allowed within 30 days if unworn, unwashed, with original tags, and repacked in the original bag/box.

  • Proof of purchase: provide the order number or the checkout email/phone.

General conditions for returns (must be true)

Furniture

  • Item is new, unused, unassembled, and unmodified.

  • Any wear or change (scratches, dents, stains, odor, pet hair, drilled holes, touch-up paint, refinishing, installed/leveled bases) voids change-of-mind returns.

  • Keep all original packaging (foam, corner guards, hardware, tools, manuals, accessories). If something is missing, pack with equal protection so it travels safely.

  • Assembled/installed/glued/modified items are not returnable unless Vayzape confirms a defect or transit damage.

  • Furniture is intended for indoor residential/studio use.

  • Large pieces may need pallet pickup or liftgate service; Vayzape will explain the steps.

  • Do not tape parts to finished wood—use foam or thick padding.

Apparel & small goods

  • Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with hygiene liners intact and all tags/dust bags/accessories included.

  • Shoes must be tried on indoors and returned in the original shoe box inside a protective outer carton.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewelry are not returnable once tags/seals are removed or packaging is opened, unless defective.

Natural wood note

  • Solid wood varies in grain, color, and knots. These natural differences are not defects and are not treated as damage.

  • These rules apply in every country listed at the top.

When Vayzape is responsible (damage, defect, wrong item)

If your item arrives damaged, has a factory fault, or does not match the model/size/finish ordered, Vayzape will make it right.

Examples

  • Transit damage: crushed corners, cracked top, chipped finish.

  • Manufacturing issues: misaligned parts, top not level, unstable base, hardware that won’t seat.

  • Apparel issues: faulty stitching, broken zipper, wrong size/color shipped.

What Vayzape does

  • Pays return shipping and arranges pickup where available in the covered countries.

  • Offers a replacement (subject to stock/lead time) or a full refund.

  • Refunds any outbound shipping you paid at checkout.

  • For small fixes, Vayzape may send a replacement part, a touch-up kit, or a replacement garmentwhichever is fastest.

Returns at customer request (change of mind)

If the item doesn’t suit your space, finish, or fit, you may request a return within 30 days, provided it is unused and in original packaging.

  • Return freight is customer-paid and non-refundable.

  • After inspection confirms complete and like-new condition, Vayzape refunds the product price.

  • Original outbound shipping is not refunded for preference-based returns.

  • Apparel note: for size exchanges, see Exchanges. Items with removed tags, signs of wear, odors, or makeup/deodorant marks fail inspection and may be returned to sender.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Gift cards (digital/physical)

  • Final-sale/clearance items

  • Items that are used, assembled, installed, modified, or refinished

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture (non-standard sizes, special edges, custom stains/finishes, inlays/carvings, non-standard base specs) unless defective or damaged on arrival

  • Hygiene-sensitive apparel once opened or tried on (underwear, swimwear, pierced jewelry) unless defective

Bundle note: If the order included a promotional bundle or free gift, all items must be returned; otherwise Vayzape may deduct the pro-rated value of missing pieces from the refund.

How to start a return (step-by-step, no jargon)

  1. Contact within 30 days of delivery: email [email protected] or use the Contact form. Include your order number and a short note about the reason.

  2. If damaged/defective: contact within 72 hours and attach clear photos or a short video of the outer box, inner packing, and the issue. For apparel, include photos with tags visible.

  3. Response time: Vayzape replies within 1–2 business days with next steps. If covered by Vayzape, you’ll receive a prepaid label (parcel/apparel) or a freight pickup plus packing instructions.

  4. Return address: Vayzape Returns Department, 726 S Pioneer Dr, Abilene, TX 79605.

  5. Hand-off deadline: Labels/pickup authorizations usually expire after ~10 calendar days. Ship or be available for pickup within that window.

Packing tips — furniture

  • Stop movement: secure tops/bases so nothing shifts.

  • Reuse foam and corner guards where possible.

  • Bag all hardware/tools and tape the bag to a fixed point inside the carton.

  • No original box? Use a new heavy-duty carton or pallet crate with thick padding on all sides and seal all seams with strong tape.

  • For freight items, Vayzape will confirm if a pallet is needed and provide BOL (bill-of-lading) details.

Packing tips — apparel

  • Return garments in the original polybag or dust bag, folded neatly, with all accessories/tags.

  • Put shoe boxes inside a protective outer carton.

  • Do not ship shoes or clothing in display packaging alone.

Refund timing & method (what to expect)

  • After the return arrives and passes inspection, Vayzape processes the refund within 7 business days to the original payment method (USD; major cards and PayPal).

  • Prefer store credit? Tell Vayzape when you start the return.

  • Banks/card issuers may need up to 7 extra business days to post the funds.

  • International refunds are issued in USD; any currency conversion is handled by your bank or PayPal.

Inspection checklist

  • Correct model/size/finish

  • All parts & hardware (furniture) or tags & accessories (apparel) included

  • No signs of use or modification

  • Packed well enough to prevent new transit damage

If parts are missing or packing is inadequate and damage occurs during the return trip, Vayzape may reduce the refund to cover repair/replacement or return the item to sender at customer cost.

Exchanges (another simple option)

  • Request an exchange within 30 days for a different size or finish.

  • Costs mirror returns: preference = customer pays, Vayzape fault = Vayzape pays.

  • Furniture exchanges ship after the original item is received and passes inspection.

  • Apparel exchanges depend on stock. Need it fast? Place a new order now; Vayzape will refund the original once its return clears inspection.

Restocking fees

  • None. If your return follows this policy and passes inspection, Vayzape refunds the full refundable amount.

Refused deliveries & undeliverable packages

  • If a shipment is refused without contacting Vayzape first and the carrier does not confirm damage, Vayzape may treat it as a change-of-mind return. Actual return freight, storage, and any address correction/re-route fees may be deducted from the refund.

  • If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or missed appointments, Vayzape can re-ship (extra freight may apply) or process a return under the rules above.

  • For high-value furniture freight, an adult (18+) must be present at pickup/delivery.

Taxes & duties on returns (international orders)

For eligible returns from the countries at the top, Vayzape prepares the re-import paperwork and does not charge re-import fees when Vayzape’s label and instructions are used. If you book your own courier without approval, you may be responsible for duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, customs processing, and any loss/damage in transit.

Order processing & shipping times (for reference)

Most orders prepare to ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, U.S. public holidays excluded). Typical transit after dispatch: 6–8 business days to the U.S. & Canada, 7–9 business days to Europe & the UK (United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Portugal), and 9–10 business days to Australia. Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM CST usually start processing the same business day; later orders start the next business day.
