Vayzape specializes in solid-wood furniture. Parcels are engineered for rough travel: rigid boards, dense foam, edge/corner protectors, and clear “This Side Up” arrows on wide panels. Standard-size boxes move through small-parcel networks; oversize/heavy pieces use specialized furniture freight. From checkout to delivery, Vayzape shows the full total, realistic timelines, and the handling method chosen for your order.
Vayzape also ships apparel and compact lifestyle items as a secondary line. These go in protective mailers or small cartons and usually arrive faster via parcel carriers. For mixed carts (furniture + apparel), items may ship from different sites or on different days—no extra fee.
Where Vayzape ships
United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal.
No delivery to: P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, or certain remote territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and select outlying islands in Europe/Australia). A street address is required so heavy wood pieces can be handled safely.
If your address is outside the list above, has vehicle limits, or involves tight stairs/elevators, contact Vayzape before ordering so available options and any add-on services can be confirmed.
Carriers & service levels
Depending on destination, size/weight, and network capacity, Vayzape uses UPS, FedEx, USPS (for select small U.S. parcels), and DHL Express on international routes to UK/FR/DE/ES/IT/BE/PT/AU/CA.
Large/heavy furniture (e.g., solid-wood tables) may ship by LTL freight with a liftgate for curbside delivery (driveway/curb only—no in-home placement). Freight partners typically call or text to set a delivery window. To add protection, shipments may be secured to pallets and wrapped in film.
For high-value orders, adult signature (18+) may be required in the U.S., UK, FR, DE, ES, IT, BE, PT, AU, and CA. If a signature is needed, Vayzape’s tracking email will state it.
Apparel & small goods ship with end-to-end tracking. No signature unless selected at checkout or added by Vayzape for security.
Processing time vs. shipping time

Apparel note: Apparel-only orders often clear processing quickly and may arrive sooner than the baseline windows below (route and capacity dependent).

Furniture specifics: Solid-wood pieces are bulky and heavy. Carriers often price by dimensional weight (size + weight). Large tables typically require LTL + liftgate and cargo insurance. Multi-item orders may ship in separate boxes to reduce risk—no extra cost for split shipments. When helpful, boxes are banded to one pallet to protect edges/corners. Vayzape subsidizes part of the freight so strong packaging and clear totals show at checkout.
Apparel & small goods: Apparel-only parcels (usually ≤2 kg) use discounted parcel services. If the cart qualifies, a lower apparel rate can auto-apply at checkout and override the regional flat rate above. Free-shipping thresholds apply to the order total, unless a promotion is shown at checkout.
Taxes & duties (international orders)
For orders to UK/FR/DE/ES/IT/BE/PT/AU/CA, Vayzape ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)—import taxes, VAT/GST, and customs clearance are included in the checkout total. The carrier should not collect money at delivery. If asked to pay at the door, do not pay—contact Vayzape so the carrier can be corrected.
Processing & dispatch
Most orders move to final checks & packing within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, U.S. holidays excluded). Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM CST usually start the same business day; later orders start next business day.
Pre-order / made-to-order furniture ships after completion—Vayzape’s order confirmation shows an estimated ship-by date. If items have different lead times, Vayzape may ship ready items first or hold to ship together—your confirmation will state which method applies. Apparel in a mixed cart may ship first if ready.

Furniture delivery, access & assembly
To protect heavy parts and simplify setup, many items ship partially disassembled. Each furniture order includes an illustrated setup guide; most include a basic tool (e.g., Allen key). Typical setup time: 20–30 minutes for two adults. Check all parts before assembly and work on a soft, clean surface to avoid scratches.
If the building has stairs, narrow halls, limited elevators, gated entries, or truck limits, tell Vayzape before shipment so options can be proposed. If you need room-of-choice placement, stair carries, debris removal, or an exact-time slot, Vayzape can quote upgrades (third-party services, billed separately).
Missed freight appointments, liftgate refusals, post-dispatch address fixes, or re-delivery requests may lead to carrier fees charged at cost.
(Apparel orders require no assembly and are delivered to the door via parcel carriers.)
Tracking your order
When an order leaves the workshop & staging area at 726 S Pioneer Dr, Abilene, TX 79605, Vayzape emails a shipping confirmation with the tracking number and a direct link.
Allow 24–72 hours for scans to appear—especially on international routes while customs screening is pending. Freight tracking may show “label created” until the shipment is assigned to a local terminal. If there is no update after 72 hours, contact Vayzape so the carrier can be checked. Apparel parcels typically update faster.
If something goes wrong
Inspect packages right away at delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, contact Vayzape within 72 hours with the order number and clear photos or a short video of the outer box, inner packing, and affected areas. Note visible damage with the driver when possible and keep all packaging until next steps are confirmed.
For minor cosmetic issues on furniture, Vayzape can often send a replacement part or a touch-up kit quickly.
If a parcel looks lost—no movement for >7 days or not delivered within 14 business days after shipping—reach out to Vayzape. Once the carrier confirms loss, Vayzape will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
Refused deliveries or undeliverable orders (e.g., repeated missed appointments or incorrect addresses) may be returned by the carrier. Vayzape can re-ship after the address is confirmed and any return/storage/re-delivery fees are paid at cost.
Order changes & cancellations
An order that has not entered processing or has not shipped can be canceled—contact Vayzape as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of purchase. After an order is processed and handed to the carrier, cancellation is not available. After delivery, see the Return & Refund Policy.
For international orders to UK/FR/DE/ES/IT/BE/PT/AU/CA, cancellation is not available once the shipment has cleared customs. Need to change the address? Contact Vayzape before shipping; after shipping, carriers may charge a re-route fee and delivery may be delayed.
